Luxury home builder specializing in high end residential construction projects between the range of $10-30M. They value long term hires with strong skillsets in high end project completion. This home builder does local work throughout South Florida with their office local to Miami, FL.

Description

• Oversee all phases of luxury home construction from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Monitor site activities daily to ensure safety, compliance, and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure their vision is realized.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet luxury standards.
• Resolve any site-related issues that arise, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth operations.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead/ Senior Superintendent, preferably in high-end luxury residential construction.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, high-end finishes, and complex design elements.
• $10-30M Luxury Home project completion experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Broward County.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
