Project Manager - Multifamily
We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee multifamily ground‑up and renovation projects from pre‑construction through turnover. This role is perfect for a builder who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, values autonomy, and wants to influence major development initiatives.

Description
- As the Multifamily Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and field coordination.
- You'll partner closely with pre‑construction, superintendents, design teams, and ownership to drive projects from early planning through completion, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the client's expectations.
- You will also play a key role in risk mitigation, value engineering, and stakeholder communication.
- This is a highly visible position offering the chance to lead large‑scale multifamily projects that shape growing communities.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10+ years of experience managing multifamily construction (ground‑up preferred)
- Proven track record overseeing projects $10M+
- Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and RFI/submittal workflows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across field and office teams
- Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and keep complex builds moving
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with high accountability
