Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale commercial projects from groundbreaking through completion.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

• Oversee scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and cost management.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope.

• Mentor and develop field staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects, preferably in the $200M+ range.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• OSHA certification and relevant construction management certifications are highly desirable.

• Local experience in the Miami market is a significant advantage.
