Description

• Oversee daily field operations on large tilt-wall warehouse projects.

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.

• Monitor project quality, resolving issues to maintain high construction standards.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

• Ensure all work aligns with project blueprints, specifications, and company expectations.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in tilt-wall construction.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering big box projects, such as warehouses or distribution centers.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to enforce them.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction scheduling software.
