Remote IT ERP Business Analyst - NetSuite - Medical Device

This position is for an IT Business Analyst with experience working in the medical device industry (or a similar highly regulated industry) and ERP experience to join a global medical device manufacturing organization. This is a remote role but you must be based in the US and must be fully authorized to work in the US to be considered.

The company is a leading medical device manufacturer with multiple locations across the world, and an office HQ in Boston. This role is a remote position, but you're more than welcome to work hybrid from their Boston location if interested! I can and will provide more details of the specific work the client does over a phone call.

Description

The IT Business Analyst's responsibilities will include:

• Be the main point of contact for business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs and requests cross-functionally.
• Collaborate with IT and teams in all areas of the organization to evaluate business needs, do requirements gathering and develop and enforce procedures and policies.
• Develop functional specifications translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Work with the organizations ERP system (NetSuite) and also work on a global ERP rollout (system yet to be decided!)
• Train internal users how to use and optimize all IT systems
• Be willing to work for an organization that is not just a 9-5 company, whatever it takes to get the work done!

Profile

The IT Business Analyst candidate will have the following experience:

• 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
• ERP experience (implementation, upgrade and post go live support and maintenance)
• NetSuite is preferred but open to similar ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Infor)
• Medical Device industry experience (or similar highly regulated industry experience) is a must
• Experience working for a global organization and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred but not required)
• SQL, Power BI, and data analytics skills are a must
• Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must

• Base salary ranging from $100k-$130k depending on experience
