Traveling Superintendent
As a Traveling Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial TI jobs in locations including California, Denver, Arizona, Texas, the Carolinas, and Illinois. You'll serve as the eyes and ears on site, managing subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Client Details
We are currently partnering with a reputable and growing General Contractor to find a Traveling Superintendent with a strong background in commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. This is a permanent position with consistent work across multiple states and long-term project pipelines.
Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
Maintain a strict adherence to safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades
Maintain detailed daily logs and site reports
Profile
Experience as a superintendent on commercial TI projects
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project assignments
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations independently
Job Offer
Base Salary: $110,000-$125,000/year
Project Bonuses: Performance-based
Per Diem: based on project location
Travel Home: Bi-weekly flights home covered
All travel costs covered by employer
