Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize logistics processes across global warehouses, ensuring timely order routing and shipping. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Description

• Manage routing, and shipping of FBA, VC, and dropship orders to meet Amazon's quality standards.
• Ensure same-day entry of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) to comply with Amazon's requirements.
• Coordinate with inventory, customer service, and warehouse teams for efficient logistics operations.
• Resolve order processing issues, shipping discrepancies, and other logistics challenges proactively.
• Track logistics performance metrics to identify improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain carrier schedules and manage logistics appointments.
• Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
• Provide support as needed for urgent logistics issues and timely deliveries.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in logistics management, ideally in e-commerce and with Amazon FBA and VC.
• Knowledge of Amazon's logistics processes, including order routing and ASN management.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and capability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in logistics software; experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Goflow is advantageous.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed.
