Multi-Family - Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family property projects. This role in the business services industry requires strong project management expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Description
- Manage all phases of multi-family property projects, from inception to completion.
 - Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
 - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
 - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
 - Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
 - Address and resolve project challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
 
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
