This company specializes in delivering complex, ground-up, and renovation projects for colleges and universities, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Manage coordination between project managers, subcontractors, and university stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce construction schedules, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, state regulations, and campus safety protocols.
- Supervise and mentor field teams, foremen, and trade workers, fostering collaboration.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain the highest construction standards.
- Assist in pre-construction planning, including scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, resolving challenges proactively.
Profile
- We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent with a proven track record in managing higher education construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading field operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, scheduling, and quality control.
