Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Manage coordination between project managers, subcontractors, and university stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce construction schedules, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, state regulations, and campus safety protocols.
• Supervise and mentor field teams, foremen, and trade workers, fostering collaboration.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain the highest construction standards.
• Assist in pre-construction planning, including scheduling, procurement, and logistics.
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, resolving challenges proactively.

Profile
