Description
As the Assistant Project Manager, you will:
- Support the management of large-scale healthcare and life sciences projects from planning through completion.
- Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Oversee construction documentation, RFI processes, and change orders to maintain project accuracy.
- Conduct site visits and progress reports to track project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to develop and implement best practices and project strategies.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and maintaining quality standards.
Profile
