Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k+
We're partnering with a well-established, privately held construction management firm with 30+ years of success across New England. Due to a significant increase in awarded work-including several large-scale Southern NH developments and a steady stream of automotive, retail, and defense-related projects-they are hiring a Project Manager with strong tenure and experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects.
Client Details
Our client is a 120-person construction management firm known for their client‑first philosophy, long-term relationships, and hands-on leadership. They specialize in retail, hospitality, automotive, science & technology, academic, and corporate interiors. Their portfolio ranges from $2M-$20M ground-up projects, with increasing opportunities in the $50M-$100M+ range due to recent wins in Southern NH-including a major casino project in Salem-and expanding work with a major defense contractor.
Projects span MA, RI, CT, and NH, with a headquarters on the North Shore.
Description
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Manage all project phases from budgeting and preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, change management, and RFI/submittal workflows.
- Work closely with the PX (your direct manager) and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects.
- Lead client communication, progress updates, and coordination with design partners.
- Develop cost reports, manage financial tracking, and maintain documentation using Procore.
- Support multiple project types including automotive, hospitality, retail, defense, and large-scale commercial.
- Attend onsite visits 2+ times per week and collaborate closely with teams at the Beverly, MA offic

Job Offer
- Project Manager: $120,000-$160,000
- Senior Project Manager: $160,000-$200,000
