Our client is a general contractor in White Plains and is hiring due to growth. Our client is starting a large residential project in the area, but has a strong/robust portfolio that supports residential and commercial work. They are a leader in their space, and have strong roots in White Plains/Westchester construction. The Sr. Project Manager - Construction - White Plains, New York will be a pivotal hire.

Description
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
- Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor budgets and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
- Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.
