Construction Project Manager - $60M Federal Project - CT
Our client is urgently seeking a Project Manager where you'll lead impactful commercial and federal construction projects, around the Middletown CT area. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee all phases of project management to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence, in line with our client's high standards.

Description
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- On-Site Management: Initially manage the $6M renovation project from the office; transition to on-site for the $23M Pharmacy addition in West Haven for the first six months of this two-year project.
- Team Coordination: Lead project teams, collaborating closely with field and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Engagement: Act as a primary client contact, ensuring a high level of communication and satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
- Scheduling & Software Use: Utilize P6 for project scheduling and ensure project timelines are accurately maintained and adhered to.

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience building commercial or federal projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication & time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and P6
- The ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
Job Offer
