Our client is looking for a TA Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partner strategically with hiring managers, and bring innovative sourcing strategies to life in the search for top-tier talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a real impact. This role is full-time on-site in downtown Cincinnati. This person must be able to go on-site five days a week.
Client Details
Our client is a global manufacturing company with an extensive presence in Cincinnati. They are looking for an experienced TA Specialist/Recruiter to join their HR team.
The TA Specialist will use various platforms to find talent, such as LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and Indeed. This person will also collaborate with local professional networks and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
This person should have experience recruiting high-volume for hourly and salary positions. The company offers $70k to $85k for this position depending on the candidate's experience.
Description
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry's unique needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
