Assistant Project Manager - TOP ENR FIRM - Charleston SC
The Assistant Project Manager in the construction department will play a vital role in supporting project execution and ensuring successful completion within the high-end healthcare space. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with high-profile, repeat clients.

Description
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with goals.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in resolving any project-related challenges or issues that arise.
- Support the procurement process for materials and services as needed.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $85k to $100k base
- $600/month vehicle allowance.
