They seek a well-rounded individual capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. With expertise in Light Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors, they offer a comprehensive range of construction planning and management services, always prioritizing their clients' needs.
Description
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Manage Nashville Construction team
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
- GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience with Concrete, light industrial and steel frame construction a plus
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction Project Manager
- Experience running a project from start to finish
