Here's an opportunity to take the lead on large‑scale podium multifamily projects while being part of an employee‑owned contractor with a strong reputation in the Cleveland market. You'll join a company that genuinely invests in its people, rewards performance, and provides long‑term wealth‑building through a highly successful ESOP.
Client Details
This role is with an employee‑owned general contractor that has spent decades building a strong name across the region. Their teams consistently talk about how grounded, supportive, and people‑oriented the culture is - the kind of place where leadership actually listens, superintendents are trusted, and doing the right thing matters more than cutting corners.
Because the company is employee‑owned, every project contributes directly to your long‑term financial upside. Their ESOP has been consistently strong and highly profitable, creating a clear sense of ownership and pride across the organization. Add in annual bonuses and guaranteed project completion bonuses, and you get a level of recognition and reward few contractors offer. This is also the type of environment where you can grow in the direction you want: whether that means senior field leadership, general superintendent roles, or maintaining a high‑level individual contributor path where your expertise is celebrated.
