Construction - Project Manager (Interiors) - Brooklyn, NY
Client Details
Our client is a well‑established commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering office, workplace, retail, and amenity spaces across NYC. - Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
- Lead project meetings and proactively solve challenges.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and on‑site alignment.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interiors or office fit‑out projects (NYC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
- Organized, proactive, and confident communicating with clients and design teams.
- A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
