Traveling Construction Superintendent - New England
Design/Build General Contractor, 15 years in business, is looking for a Traveling Super to join the team! The atmosphere and people are great - leadership is fair, helpful, supportive.
Supermarket renovations makes up 70% of the work they do, almost all business has been from past referrals & repeat clients.
Avg project size is $1M (up to $8M), very stable pipeline, have completed projects in over 25 states with a 100% Project Safety rate

Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Managing occupied renovation projects - supermarkets
- 4 day week (10 hour shifts, nights)
- Travel throughout New England
- Overseeing subcontractors
- Being hands on smaller jobs if needed
- Reporting directly to the owner
Profile
The right Superintendent will have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Commercial construction background working for a GC
- Ideally some experience with grocery store or food/bev projects
- Located in NH or ME ideally
- Ability to travel throughout New England
Job Offer
The Superintendent will receive:
- Base salary up to $115K
- Company vehicle
- Gas card
- Travel expenses covered
- Per Diem - food, hotel
