Description

As an Estate Care Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and managing the properties of high-net-worth clients in Cape Cod and the surrounding areas. You will:

  • Maintain the condition of luxury estates and residences up to $2M
  • Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure properties are well-kept
  • Assist with seasonal tasks and general property maintenance
  • Work with a close-knit team to deliver top-tier estate care services
  • No hands-on construction required

Profile

The ideal Estate Care Technician will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in estate care or property management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience working with vendors and maintaining client relationships
  • A flexible, customer-service-oriented approach to work
  • Preferred: Experience in high-net-worth estate management
