Description
As an Estate Care Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and managing the properties of high-net-worth clients in Cape Cod and the surrounding areas. You will:
- Maintain the condition of luxury estates and residences up to $2M
- Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure properties are well-kept
- Assist with seasonal tasks and general property maintenance
- Work with a close-knit team to deliver top-tier estate care services
- No hands-on construction required
Profile
The ideal Estate Care Technician will have:
- 5+ years of experience in estate care or property management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working with vendors and maintaining client relationships
- A flexible, customer-service-oriented approach to work
- Preferred: Experience in high-net-worth estate management
