Description

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Lead project meetings and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Review and approve project-related documents, including contracts and change orders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to achieve project success.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A solid background in construction management, particularly in multifamily projects.
• Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in construction
