My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team based out of Leesburg, VA. Specializing in design-build, new construction, and interior renovations, my client serves diverse sectors, including commercial, retail, hospitality, restaurants, multifamily, and medical.

Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, proactively addressing challenges and changes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that emphasizes quality, accountability, and efficiency.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in commercial, hospitality, retail, or multifamily sectors.
- Strong understanding of design-build, new construction, and interior renovation processes.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Sage, or similar software).
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative company culture.
