Superintendent - SCIF - Denver

Description

• Oversee all phases of SCIF construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to federal and local regulations.
• Train and mentor team members to promote professional development and skill enhancement.
• Implement quality control measures to deliver high-standard outcomes.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:
