Description

• Calculate costs by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements.
• Oversee projects and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Resolve discrepancies through thorough collection and analysis of information.
• Present estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive data.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Perform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets.
• Review plans for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage all levels of take-offs and apply unit prices.
• Collaborate with the pre-construction team to successfully bid on projects.
• Develop into a leader within the estimating team.

Profile

• 2+ years of commerical experience
• Experience bidding valued at $1 million or more
• A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
• OSHA certification preferred
