Client Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Superintendent to lead and manage healthcare construction projects, including ground-up builds and interior renovations. This role demands expertise in healthcare-specific construction standards, safety protocols, and project coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Description

• Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence

• Manage subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, and supervise site staff

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain thorough documentation (daily reports, safety logs, progress updates)

• Proactively identify and resolve site issues to minimize project delays and costs

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction (both ground-up and interior buildouts)

• Deep understanding of healthcare construction codes, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements

• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project demands
