Client Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Superintendent to lead and manage healthcare construction projects, including ground-up builds and interior renovations. This role demands expertise in healthcare-specific construction standards, safety protocols, and project coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Description
Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Manage subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, and supervise site staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain thorough documentation (daily reports, safety logs, progress updates)
Proactively identify and resolve site issues to minimize project delays and costs
Profile
Minimum 7 years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction (both ground-up and interior buildouts)
Deep understanding of healthcare construction codes, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project demands
