We are seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience bidding on projects valued over $10 million and will be capable of estimating entire projects from start to finish.

Our client is one of the oldest general contractors in Massachusetts, specializing in both public and private projects. Based in Northampton, they pride themselves on their rich history and commitment to excellence in general contracting, construction management, and owner's project management. With a current annual revenue of $50 million, they expect to reach $60 million in 2024 while managing approximately 15 projects each year across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Commercial Senior Estimator - $10M Projects - Northampton, MA - Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage estimates for a variety of commercial projects
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team and support business development efforts to pursue new opportunities.
• Work from the office while maintaining flexibility for project needs.
• Assist in building and enhancing the estimating team within the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely estimates to facilitate project planning and execution

Profile

Commercial Senior Estimator - $10M Projects - Northampton, MA- Will have

• Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience with a focus on general contracting.
• Proven track record in estimating commercial projects over $10 million.
• Familiarity with public and private sector projects, including educational and historical renovations.
• Proficient in Procore and ProEst; open to using technology with which you are most comfortable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
