Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Madisonville, KY
Our client is hiring a seasoned Project Manager to lead a $150M power/industrial project in Madisonville, KY. This is a high-visibility, long-term position with full support for relocation or travel, and the opportunity to grow into national leadership roles with a premier ESOP construction firm.

Description
Take ownership of a ground-up, large-scale industrial/power project from preconstruction through closeout
Lead and coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedule, and budget
Maintain direct, professional communication with the client and stakeholders, representing the company in all formal project settings
Interface with scheduling (Primavera P6), cost tracking (Excel), and project management software (Procore)
Report project progress and risk proactively to senior leadership
Oversee safety compliance, QA/QC protocols, procurement, and cost control
Drive project delivery in line with corporate values and industry best practices
Profile
3-10+ years of progressive construction experience, with at least one project valued at $25M+ as a lead PM
Background in industrial, manufacturing, or power plant construction is required
Experience managing project teams and interfacing with high-level clients
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field/trade experience)
Proficiency with Procore, P6 (Primavera), and Excel
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel or relocate for the duration of the project; long-term flexibility preferred

Per Diem: $500 per pay period
Relocation Assistance: $7,000-$10,000 for approved moves
