Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing ground‑up construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently.
• Manage Procore project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress reports, identifying potential risks or delays.
• Support site visits, quality control inspections, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Contribute to project closeout, ensuring all documentation, warranties, and punch‑list items are completed.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Brings 1-3 years of experience in commercial or industrial ground‑up project management.
• Has hands‑on experience working on warehouse, big‑box retail, and tilt‑up construction projects.
• Is proficient in Procore and comfortable managing project documentation and workflows.
• Possesses strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Works well in a team environment and demonstrates initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage fast‑paced deadlines.
