Construction Estimator / Senior Estimator

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to manage preconstruction and cost estimating for complex commercial and healthcare projects. This role offers the opportunity to influence project success from concept through bid, working with a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and healthcare projects ranging from $5M to $50M+
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate bid packages
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors during preconstruction
• Manage value engineering and risk analysis to optimize project budgets
• Maintain historical cost data and update estimating tools for continuous improvement.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in estimating for commercial and healthcare projects
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Skilled in cost analysis, budgeting, and bid preparation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software
