We're seeking a Commercial Estimator with 5+ years of experience to join a well-established general contractor and lead preconstruction efforts on multifamily, mixed-use, and general commercial projects. This is an on-site role in Lowell, MA, offering autonomy, direct collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to run projects from concept through completion.

Description

Commercial Estimator - Lowell, MA - $150k - Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head of Preconstruction to estimate and manage diverse project types including adaptive reuse, ground-up construction, affordable housing, mixed-use multifamily, tenant improvements, and general commercial projects.

• Handle both hard bids and preconstruction work - your day-to-day will vary and challenge you to grow.

• Take ownership of the full estimation lifecycle from concept to final pricing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive bids.

• Use platforms such as Procore, P6, and BIM/VDC tools for estimating and project coordination.

Profile

Commercial Estimator - Lowell, MA - $150k - Will have

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.

• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials.

• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, TI, and ground-up projects valued up to $40M is ideal.

• Ability to work independently in a lean but highly collaborative environment.
