Reporting into the CFO, the long term goal for this person will be to take over at a regional controllership level.

Description

Controller Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of four individuals across project and general accounting
• Oversee and approve entries for month-end close and provide to senior leadership
• Partner with private equity partners on corporate reporting tools
• Partner with outsourced accounting firm on improvements for the accounting procedures
• Partner with finance department for budgeting, planning and forecasting

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience within construction accounting and progressive growth to Controller
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Experience managing a team
• Experience working cross-functionally within the organization
