LIHTC Asset Manager
We are seeking an accomplished LIHTC Asset Manager to manage a portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and LIHTC compliance.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of LIHTC properties ensuring compliance with regulations
- Oversee financial performance of assigned properties
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure properties are well maintained
- Prepare and review annual budgets and financial reports
- Work closely with investors and stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of annual LIHTC compliance reports
- Attend property inspections and audits
- Resolve any property-related issues in a timely manner

Profile
A successful 'LIHTC Asset Manager' should have:
- A strong understanding of LIHTC regulations and compliance
- Proven experience in property management
- Excellent financial and budget management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
