Customer Data Coordinator
- Responsible for entering and maintaining product information on external product content portals such as 1WorldSync, GS1, iTradeNetwork, as well as customer and product management platforms.

- Dessert manufacturer consisting of four different entities located in the New York metropolitan area
Description
• Establish a harmonized Product Information Management (PIM) across the Emmi Dessert USA organization with focus on data integrity.
• Manage platform configuration to ensure data is structured, managed, and syndicated accurately and efficiently.
• Support go-to-market initiatives by ensuring product data is configured and syndicated on time for product launches.
• Manage product information on external platforms such as Aligntrac, 1WorldSync, GS1 and other product content platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, quality & assurance and IT/web development teams to create a platform that fits the company portfolio and strategy.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including SOPs and GMPs.
• Preparation of monthly reports on product set-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
Profile
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce, technical writing, data analytics, database management or similar specialization.
• Experience with product information management, new item setup, or product data syndication required, preferably in the food industry.
• Advanced Excel skills / Experience working with ERP.
• Ability to work within competitive deadlines.
• Detail-oriented / adaptable / agile personality.
