CNC Process Engineer - Industrial - Springfield, MA
The Process Engineer will play a key role in process design, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement and eager to contribute to a high-performing engineering and manufacturing team.

Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement process improvements from start to finish to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all manufacturing processes.
Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- High School Degree or GED.
- CAD/CAM experience.
- Proficiency in working with CNC machines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
