Description

Reporting directly into the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement process improvements from start to finish to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and optimize workflows.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all manufacturing processes.

Profile

A successful Process Engineer should have:

• High School Degree or GED.
• CAD/CAM experience.
• Proficiency in working with CNC machines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
