Superintendent 1

We are seeking a Superintendent I to support field operations on ground-up and major renovation projects. This role is ideal for candidates with early superintendent experience who are ready to grow into larger responsibilities with mentorship and support.

Description

• Support daily on-site operations and ensure work is progressing per schedule.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, field communication, and productivity tracking.
• Maintain site cleanliness, compliance, and documentation within Procore.
• Participate in short-term scheduling and look-aheads.
• Enforce and model company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Support site development activities, material deliveries, and inspections.

Profile

• 2+ years of construction field experience (assistant superintendent or similar).
• Working knowledge of Procore required.
• Understanding of scheduling concepts and subcontractor workflow.
• Familiarity with safety standards and jobsite regulations.
• OSHA 30 is a strong plus.
