I'm seeking a talented and innovative Lead Manufacturing Engineer, to oversee and optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in improving manufacturing processes and leading cross-functional teams.

Description
The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Develop, evaluate, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Specify, procure, and commission manufacturing equipment; manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to materials, equipment, and processes.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Use data-driven approaches to monitor and improve production metrics.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or related industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and improvement strategies.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Knowledge/experience in welding and CNC machining.
