Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities in Charlotte, NC.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct project inspections and ensure adherence to specifications.
