Project Manager - Data Centers - Northern VA

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground-up data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive efficiency and deliver results.

Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data center projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication.
• Implement the client's innovative Plan + Control methodology to drive efficiency and safety.
• Manage risk assessment, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational excellence.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in mission-critical sectors.
• Background in general contracting with tenure at reputable GCs (not developers or owners).
• Experience with ground-up construction projects, ideally $250M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven achiever with a passion for high-performance teams and innovation.
