Firm Information Services Administrator
The Firm Information Services Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients and guests while supporting the daily operations of the law library. The role combines front desk duties with administrative support, including managing legal publications, background checks, and internal directories.

A professional and well-established law firm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to manage front-of-house operations and support legal information services.
Description
The role includes greeting and registering guests, directing incoming calls, updating internal phone directories, maintaining court docket information, and assisting with background checks. It also involves managing law library subscriptions, logging and distributing publications, and locating requested materials for attorneys.
Profile
- Holds a high school diploma (Liberal Arts degree preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and iManage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Well-organized with strong time management abilities
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Job Offer
- Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience
- Competitive benefits package
- Twenty-five (25) days of Paid Time Off annually
- Thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week
- Overtime eligibility as a non-exempt employee
