Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor the construction team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.

Profile

A successful Director of Construction should have:

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Holds title of Director of Construction, Owner, PX, SPM, or Senior Superintendent
• Have leadership experience, direct reports Extensive background in Luxury, High End Custom Homes, project values ranging from $500k - $40M
• Proven expertise in construction management and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
