Description
The Project Manager - Premier GC - Charlotte will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, including retail, multifamily, industrial, and big box locations. This role offers the opportunity to oversee projects ranging from $1M to $20M, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and coordination of all project teams. Reporting directly to Steve Simon, Partner and Vice President of the Southeast, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company in Charlotte. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong commercial construction background and a desire to take on a variety of projects in an expanding market.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing the management of commercial projects from $1M to $20M, including multifamily, retail, and industrial
- Coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Managing budgets, schedules, and overall project logistics to ensure project profitability
- Maintaining client relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Reporting directly to the Partner and Vice President of the Southeast, ensuring alignment with company goals
