The Manufacturing Manager will oversee production operations, ensuring efficient processes, quality control, and timely delivery. Description
- Interpret blueprints and develop optimal CNC machining processes based on customer specs.
- Troubleshoot issues with production & part design, providing solutions to complex problems.
- Coordinate and direct production, operations, quality assurance, testing and maintenance in our industrial manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Monitor production and correct discrepancies to ensure timeline adherence.
- Communicate with other departments to increase efficiency and drive growth.
- Monitor product standards and quality-control programs.
- Manage and mentor a team of CNC Programmers/Machinists, and other staff
Profile
- An engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a complex machining environment - knowledge of 4/5-Axis milling & turning is strongly preferred.
- Background programming CNC machinery.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its equipment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and direct a team to perform and exceed expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 depending on level of experience.
- 4 total weeks PTO.
