Superintendent - top ENR nationwide GC

A Lead Superintendent is required to take over an active ground‑up multifamily project following a planned retirement. This role will own site execution from early construction through completion.

A national, vertically integrated real estate developer and general contractor with more than 30 years of experience delivering large‑scale multifamily housing across the US. The construction arm focuses almost exclusively on ground‑up residential communities and is recognised as a top multifamily builder nationwide.

Description

• Lead all on‑site activities for a garden‑style multifamily project
* Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control
* Coordinate wood‑frame construction and exterior scopes
* Oversee inspections, milestones, and closeout activities
* Use Procore or similar tools for daily reporting and tracking

Profile

• Proven lead superintendent on multifamily projects
* Experience with wood‑frame or garden‑style construction
* Has delivered projects start‑to‑finish
* Stable employment history with reputable contractors
* Comfortable using Procore or comparable software

Job Offer

• Salary range: $130,000-$175,000
