Description

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from preconstruction through project closeout.

• Help manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.

• Communicate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of work.

• Attend site meetings and assist with schedule tracking, cost updates, and quality control.

• Collaborate with the field team to support site logistics, safety tracking, and issue resolution.

• Maintain project records and ensure systems (e.g., Procore or similar software) are consistently up to date.

• Learn to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules-building your expertise from the ground up.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an emerging construction professional with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent work experience. You're highly organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You have excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to stay ahead of challenges and support the project team. Previous internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus, but not required.
