- Support and improve plastics extrusion processes through hands-on troubleshooting
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures
- Evaluate, maintain, and calibrate quality control and measurement equipment
- Work with operators to reduce scrap and improve consistency and throughput
- Translate customer requirements into practical manufacturing solutions
- Support engineered product builds, including custom heat exchanger projects
- Contribute to applied R&D on new materials and processing methods
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- 2+ years' experience in plastics extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control methods and inspection tools
- Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving on the shop floor
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production and management teams
- Experience with process improvement or lean manufacturing is beneficial

Job Requirements:
2+ years' experience in plastics extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment
