Description
Responsibilities of a Project Manager | K-12 Construction | Austin, TX
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues proactively.
- Oversee documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with public sector requirements, codes, and regulations.
Profile
A Successfull Project Manager | K-12 Construction | Austin, TX
- 5-10 years of commercial construction experience, ideally with K-12 and municipal projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams with minimal oversight and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships.
