Responsibilities of a Project Manager | K-12 Construction | Austin, TX

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues proactively.
• Oversee documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with public sector requirements, codes, and regulations.

Profile

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience, ideally with K-12 and municipal projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
