Multifamily Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing multifamily developments, from mid-rise apartments to large-scale residential communities.

Description

• Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.

• Lead coordination between architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

• Review and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status to stakeholders.

• Prepare and present regular reports on project performance.

• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

Profile

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience managing multifamily construction projects.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale multifamily developments on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
