Constrcution Project Manager - Healthcare - Maryland

My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team based out of Annapolis Junction, MD. They're looking for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and passionate about healthcare construction, especially projects in occupied hospital environments. You'll have the opportunity to lead healthcare projects from start to finish-and eventually, build your own book of business.

Description

My client, a fast-growing and family-operated general contractor, is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their high-performing team. With a strong foundation built on long-term client relationships and exceptional project delivery, they are expanding their footprint in Maryland and beyond-and they're looking for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running and help lead that growth.

This is not a traditional PM role. They're looking for someone entrepreneurial, hands-on, and passionate about healthcare construction, especially projects in occupied hospital environments. You'll have the opportunity to lead healthcare projects from start to finish-and eventually, build your own book of business.

Profile

• 5-6+ years of total construction experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager (not considering strong APMs or overqualified SPMs)

• Healthcare construction experience required

• Ideal: Occupied hospital projects
• Considered: Urgent care or outpatient experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality
• Based near or willing to commute to the Baltimore area
• Passionate about building a long-term future in healthcare construction
