- Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedule, budget, procurement, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review drawings, handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring all work meets design intent and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings, track progress milestones, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Partner closely with field staff to uphold craftsmanship, maintain timelines, and ensure a safe, efficient jobsite.
- Build strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial or corporate interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior build sequencing, finishes, millwork, framing, MEP coordination, and fast‑paced timelines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
