In this position, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across our front office and corporate functions. This includes partnering with hiring managers, developing strategic sourcing plans, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Description

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for roles across multiple business lines

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies, market insights, and candidate selection

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Financial Services

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide high-quality candidate recommendations

• Maintain strong pipeline activity and manage candidate flow using ATS and CRM systems

• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates

• Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to manage offers and close candidates

• Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance

Profile

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Professional Services

• Proven ability to source and engage high-caliber, hard-to-find talent

• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing skills

• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex roles and business needs

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
